“Oprev” winery is a modern stucture that has a completely closed cycle of production - from the grape to the bottle of wine. The productional capacity of the equipment is 170 000 litres. The aim of the company strategy is to load down this capacity with grape coming from its own vineyards. The idea is to guarantee the ecological origin of the raw materials. The grape is hand-picked, which means high level of quality control. A modern laboratory, equipped with up to date appurtenances is responsible for the strict fulfilment of the productional technologies, as well as controling all stages of the productional process.

The ambition to produce its first wine in 2006 costs a lot of endeavours and tense moments to the company, but the results surprass the most optimistic expectations. The new wines find out quickly their admirers and the market success gives true satisfaction to the company team, confirming the dictum: “Vineyards cultivated with love, yield memorable wines!”
