Adjust (turn IN) a bit at a time until the trigger doesn't work, then back out the set screw until the trigger works. Like. The MCarbo shoe does for the P365 what GrayGuns does for the P320. Compared to the flat Sig shoe, it greatly reduced pre travel, slightly reduced over travel, and the shoe feels nicer. Other than that, polish a few internals or shoot it a bunch so they polish themselves. I ended up with a decent trigger, if just a little heavy for my taste.
