The ethnographic complex„Ribarska mahala“ is established as a separate settlement in the Renaissance (around the mid-nineteenth century). Architectural reserve has 48 houses. It is the only such fishing village along the Danube River. The houses were built 150-200 years ago and its architecture has national significance. The most characteristic for the fishing houses is the lack of plot.
